The Warrior Mindset
I was at my lowest point... Solitary confinement. I was frustrated with myself and extremely angry at the system that I was caught up in.
Yet, I felt strong. I knew that this would not break me. I promised myself that I would use this time to sharpen my mind, build my body and strengthen my spirit.
After the first week, I felt like the walls were closing in. I knew that in order for me to maintain my sanity I'd have to be still, silence the outside noise and find my center.
The WARRIOR MINDSET is what got me through those challenging times.
The WARRIOR MINDSET is developed by establishing a strong INTERNAL DIALOGUE
It required me to be totally transparent with myself. Being transparent with myself helped me identify my strengths and weaknesses.
The battle between WHO I WAS and WHO I NEEDED TO BECOME was tough. I wrestled with feelings of anxiety, fear, failure and regret. The WARRIOR MINDSET became my first and last line of defense whenever those feelings intensified.
I promised myself that I wouldn't allow the darkness around me to dim the light inside me.
The WARRIOR MINDSET was my foundation and the thoughts that I fed my subconscious became my path.
Each piece of WARRIOR MINDSET clothing is an outward expression of my internal dialogue.
